Return and Refund Policy

At TheHerGlow, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used beauty products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
